Section 01

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "this Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as "the Player", "the User", "you", or "your") and Maha303 (hereinafter referred to as "Maha303", "the Platform", "the Company", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at maha303.cam and all associated services, products, software, and content made available through the platform.

By accessing the Maha303 website, registering an account, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account by contacting our support team.

Maha303 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform following any such amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into this Agreement.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:

Account Eligibility

Registration and use of the Maha303 platform is subject to the following eligibility criteria, which must be satisfied at all times during which a Player maintains an active Account:

1. Age Requirement: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times while your Account remains active. Maha303 enforces a strict 21+ age policy in accordance with internationally recognised responsible gambling standards applicable to casino-style gaming. Players found to be under the age of 21 will have their accounts immediately suspended, all deposits refunded where possible, and any winnings voided.
2. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction. By registering, you warrant that you are not subject to any legal restriction that would prevent you from entering into this Agreement.
3. Jurisdictional Eligibility: You must not be accessing Maha303 from a Restricted Jurisdiction. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with the laws applicable in their jurisdiction of residence or access.
4. Not a Compulsive Gambler: You must not have registered on any self-exclusion list or have previously requested self-exclusion from the Maha303 platform or any other gambling platform during an active exclusion period.
5. One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on Maha303. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in all accounts being permanently suspended and all balances forfeited.
6. No Affiliation with Maha303: Employees, contractors, consultants, agents, or any other individuals directly affiliated with Maha303 or its technology or service providers are not eligible to hold a Player Account or participate in any wagering activity on the platform.

Account Registration & KYC Verification

4.1 Registration Process

To register a Maha303 Account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a preferred contact method. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and to update it promptly in the event of any changes.

Maha303 reserves the right to reject any registration application at its sole discretion, including where the information provided cannot be verified, appears to be fraudulent, or is consistent with a previously closed or suspended account.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. Maha303 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

4.3 KYC Documentation Requirements

Prior to processing any withdrawal, Maha303 requires all Players to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. The following documents are typically required:

• Valid Malaysian NRIC (MyKad) — front and back, or International Passport for non-Malaysian residents;
• Proof of residential address — a utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence issued within the preceding three (3) months;
• A clear selfie photograph of the Player holding the submitted identity document;
• Proof of payment method — a screenshot or partial statement of the bank account, e-wallet, or card used for deposits, where required by our compliance team.

4.4 Account Suspension and Closure

Maha303 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account — with or without prior notice — where we have reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has breached these Terms, provided false registration information, engaged in Prohibited Activity, or where required to do so by applicable law or regulatory obligation.

Where an Account is closed due to a verified breach, any balance held in the Account may be withheld pending investigation. Maha303 will not be liable for any losses arising from such suspension or closure where the action is justified under these Terms.

Section 05

Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Methods & Processing

Maha303 accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment channels: DuitNow instant transfer, FPX bank gateway (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, and other FPX-participating institutions), Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and major credit and debit cards. All deposit transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM).

The minimum deposit amount is RM30. The maximum single deposit amount may vary by payment method, as detailed in the platform's Cashier section. Deposits via DuitNow and e-wallets are typically credited instantly. FPX bank transfers may take between 5 and 15 minutes depending on the issuing bank's processing time.

Maha303 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts, credit facilities obtained for the sole purpose of gambling, or payment methods not registered in the Player's own name. Any deposits identified as originating from an unverified or third-party source may be reversed and the Account suspended pending investigation.

5.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. This requirement exists to comply with anti-money laundering obligations and to protect Players from fraudulent withdrawal redirection.

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Withdrawals are typically processed within fifteen (15) minutes of approval for verified accounts. Maha303 does not impose processing fees on standard withdrawals, although your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawal requests submitted by Players who have not completed KYC verification will be held pending the successful completion of the verification process. Maha303 will not process withdrawals to payment methods that differ from the deposit method without prior written approval from the compliance team.

5.3 Disputed Transactions

Any dispute regarding a deposit or withdrawal transaction must be raised with the Maha303 support team within fourteen (14) calendar days of the relevant transaction date. Disputes raised outside this window may not be eligible for investigation. Maha303 will endeavour to resolve all transaction disputes within five (5) business days of receipt.

Bonus & Promotions Policy

6.1 General Bonus Terms

Maha303 offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players. All bonuses, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free bets, are subject to the specific Terms applicable to each promotion. In addition to any promotion-specific terms, the following general conditions apply to all bonuses:

1. Each Player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus only once, at the time of their first qualifying deposit. Subsequent deposits do not attract the welcome bonus offer.
2. Bonuses are credited to the Player's account as Bonus Funds and are subject to the stated Wagering Requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable funds.
3. The maximum stake permitted per wager while Bonus Funds remain active in an account is typically MYR 250 unless otherwise specified in the relevant promotion's terms. Placing wagers in excess of this limit while Bonus Funds are active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
4. Bonuses have a specified validity period. Bonus Funds that have not been wagered within the stated validity window will expire and be removed from the account without replacement.
5. Not all games on the platform contribute equally to Wagering Requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager placed, while table games including baccarat, blackjack, roulette, and other live dealer games typically contribute between 10% and 20%. Specific contribution rates are detailed in each promotion's individual terms.
6. Maha303 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, and to withhold bonus funds or void winnings where we determine, at our sole discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, collusion, or exploitation of the promotion in a manner not consistent with genuine recreational play.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse is defined as any pattern of betting behaviour that exploits promotional terms in a manner not consistent with genuine recreational gambling. Examples include, but are not limited to: low-risk staking strategies designed to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal variance, collusion with other Players to claim multiple bonuses for a shared benefit, or the creation of duplicate accounts to claim the same bonus more than once.

Acceptable Use of Platform

By using the Maha303 platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful, personal, and recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. The following activities are expressly prohibited:

• Using any automated software, bot, script, algorithm, or artificial intelligence tool to place bets, navigate the platform, or extract data without Maha303's prior written consent;
• Exploiting any software error, bug, glitch, or technical malfunction on the platform to gain an unfair financial advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided;
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to influence game outcomes or betting markets in a manner that constitutes match-fixing or cheating;
• Using the platform to launder money or conduct any transaction that facilitates criminal activity;
• Impersonating any other person, including another registered Player, Maha303 employee, or support representative;
• Conducting card counting, hole-carding, or any other advantage play technique that violates the rules of the applicable game;
• Placing bets on events for which you have privileged insider knowledge that provides a material unfair advantage over the general betting market.

Maha303 employs advanced fraud detection and risk monitoring technology. Activity that triggers our risk systems will be reviewed by our compliance team. Players found to be engaged in any of the above activities will have their accounts suspended and their balances withheld pending investigation.

Section 08

Betting Rules & Dispute Resolution

8.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on the Maha303 sportsbook, including bets on Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, La Liga, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, UFC, and all other available markets, are subject to Maha303's comprehensive Sportsbook Rules, available within the platform. The Sportsbook Rules are incorporated by reference into these Terms and form part of this Agreement.

A bet is deemed accepted and confirmed only when a unique bet reference number is generated and displayed to the Player. Bets placed during system downtime, connectivity issues, or periods of suspended markets may be void at Maha303's discretion. Maha303 is not liable for bets that were not completed due to Player connectivity issues on the Player's side.

Mix Parlay bets, which are particularly popular among Malaysian football bettors, are subject to the specific accumulator rules within the Sportsbook section. In the event of a postponed or cancelled fixture within a parlay, the affected selection is typically removed from the parlay and the bet is recalculated on the remaining selections, unless the specific market rules specify otherwise.

8.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute concerning the settlement of a bet, a Player must contact Maha303's support team within forty-eight (48) hours of the disputed bet settlement. The Player must provide the relevant bet reference number, the event details, and the grounds of the dispute. Maha303 will investigate the dispute and provide a written response within five (5) business days.

Maha303's decision on all bet-related disputes, made after reasonable investigation, shall be final and binding. Where a Player remains unsatisfied with the resolution, the matter may be referred to independent dispute resolution through channels specified by the applicable regulatory framework.

Section 09

Responsible Gambling

Maha303 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and minimising gambling-related harm. We offer a range of tools to help Players manage their gambling activity, and we actively monitor for signs of problem gambling behaviour. The following tools are available to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their Account settings. Once set, a deposit limit can only be increased after a seven (7) day cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set a maximum loss threshold over a defined period. Bets will not be accepted once the loss limit is reached within the relevant period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set reminders or hard limits on the duration of their gaming sessions.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a period of between 24 hours and 6 months.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who believe they have a gambling problem may request permanent self-exclusion from the Maha303 platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irreversible for a minimum period of 12 months.

Maha303 strictly prohibits the use of the platform by individuals under the age of 21. The platform is for entertainment purposes only. Section 10

Intellectual Property

All content on the Maha303 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and the compilation thereof, is the property of Maha303 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Maha303 platform for personal, non-commercial, recreational purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Maha303 platform without the prior written consent of Maha303.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide regarding the Maha303 platform may be used by Maha303 without restriction or compensation to you.

Section 11

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Maha303 excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Maha303 platform or its services. This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or any other commercial loss or damage, even if Maha303 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Maha303 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Maha303 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the platform or its content.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by Maha303's negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Section 12

Amendments to Terms

Maha303 reserves the right to amend, revise, supplement, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, Maha303 will notify registered Players by email or by a prominent notice on the platform homepage, with reasonable notice prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Maha303 platform following the publication of any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must immediately cease using the platform and contact our support team to close your account.

The date on which the most recent revision of these Terms was made effective is stated at the top of this document. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

Section 13

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws governing the operator's licensing jurisdiction.

Players accessing the Maha303 platform from Malaysia are subject to the laws of Malaysia to the extent applicable and are solely responsible for ensuring their compliance with all local laws and regulations applicable to online gambling in their jurisdiction of access and residence.

Any legal proceedings arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable governing territory, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law provisions applicable to the Player.
